Agenda:
To commemorate the 1-year anniversary of SSBC (established June 2024) and conduct the Annual General Meeting.
Meeting Notes:
1. All attendees arrived on time and placed food orders.
2. Kamil shared a ghost story to entertain the group.
3. A food mix-up occurred: Alif and Vinuraj were served incorrect items. Everyone humorously stole fries from Vinu's plate.
4. Felix arrived late to the gathering.
5. Shiva went missing for approximately 15 minutes and later returned with cash.
6. Discussion arose about the time Shiva fell and injured his face.
7. The group reminisced about how Shiva’s actions affected Felix’s Taekwondo journey.
8. The AGM was conducted to elect the next team captain.
9. Anis volunteered for the role, while other members nominated Shiva.
10. Voting results:
Anis: 6 votes
Shiva: 7 votes
11. The group participated in a Google review contest and won a prize.
12. Meeting concluded at 9:45 PM.

Follow-Up Actions:
Shiva declined the captaincy post and requested formal documentation outlining the roles, responsibilities, and guidelines of the team captain.
Kuhan will draft and present the captaincy guidelines and responsibilities to the club by Wednesday, 30 July 2025.
A re-election will be conducted on Thursday, 31 July 2025 after the presentation of guidelines.
