Completed first year AGM on 26-Jul-2025 at Saudagar Kambing SSBC – Meeting Minutes Date: 26 July 2025 Time: 8:00 PM Location: Saudagar Kambing Occasion: 1st Year Annual Meeting & Annual General Meeting (AGM) Attendees: 1. Safwan Agenda: To commemorate the 1-year anniversary of SSBC (established June 2024) and conduct the Annual General Meeting. Meeting Notes: 1. All attendees arrived on time and placed food orders. 2. Kamil shared a ghost story to entertain the group. 3. A food mix-up occurred: Alif and Vinuraj were served incorrect items. Everyone humorously stole fries from Vinu's plate. 4. Felix arrived late to the gathering. 5. Shiva went missing for approximately 15 minutes and later returned with cash. 6. Discussion arose about the time Shiva fell and injured his face. 7. Terms of Reference for SSBC Captaincy

🏸 Terms of Reference: SSBC Captaincy 1. Term Limit +A member may hold the Captain position for a maximum of two (2) terms only. +One term is defined as a 1-year duration. 2. Nomination Process +During the nomination process, all current club/group members will be automatically nominated for the captaincy post. 3. Eligibility +There is no age limit for contesting the captaincy or for voting. 4. Voting Rights +Each member is entitled to only one (1) vote. +Voting is a right, and members are encouraged to exercise it responsibly. 5. Voting by Proxy (for Members Without Phone Access) +If a member does not own a phone or is not in the group chat, a next of kin may vote on their behalf with proper consent. +Consent must be proven by a voice message from the member (e.g., Alif may send a voice note to authorize Anis to vote on his behalf). 6.
